Payments are processed by licensed providers (cards, PayMe, AlipayHK, FPS, Octopus, PayPal, depending on your choice); cash on delivery is available for selected items and areas only. 4. Order acceptance — Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm payment (or a COD arrangement). If an item is out of stock or clearly mispriced, we will inform you and arrange a refund or cancellation; the order is not formed. 5. Delivery — See "Delivery & Payment". Delivery dates are estimates; we will inform you promptly of delays caused by weather, logistics or other factors beyond our control. 6. Returns and exchanges — See "Returns & Refunds". Opened personal care or hygiene items are not returnable unless faulty; customised, marked non-returnable or late requests may be refused. 7. Intellectual property — All site content (text, images, trademarks, layout) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or used commercially without permission. 8. Disclaimer and liability — We work to keep information accurate and the service available but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. 9. Force majeure — We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, but will notify you promptly. 10. Changes and governing law — We may update these terms and will publish the updated version here; continued use means acceptance. Entire agreement: these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Payment and Returns & Refunds form the entire agreement between us. Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign in connection with a business arrangement.
