Shipping & Returns Policy

We deliver locally and internationally. For Hong Kong orders, you may choose SF Express home delivery, SF pick-up station or locker, or self-pickup at our store where available. Available options are shown at checkout. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment; pre-order items follow the estimated dispatch date stated on the product page. Dispatch may be slightly delayed on public holidays or in bad weather. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status on the SF Express website. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over the free-delivery threshold (shown at checkout) qualify for free shipping; otherwise, shipping is calculated by weight and delivery method. For store or pick-up point collection, please collect your order on time after receiving the notification, as late collection may incur additional storage fees. If an item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or faulty, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt and keep the original packaging.
